Challenge

Healthcare tourism has a trust gap: high search volume but low intent, complex regulations, language barriers, and spam-heavy leads. HicareGo needed a multilingual platform that could verify doctors/treatments, rank for high-intent queries, and turn clicks into qualified consults—without drowning in plugins or slow pages.

Strategy

We combined a structured content model (treatment clusters, physician profiles, facility pages) with medical Schema, fast UX, and a dual-track acquisition plan: SEO for compounding traffic and tightly segmented Google + Meta for immediate demand. Conversion paths used click-to-WhatsApp + form with country-specific copy, while an AI intake assistant handled FAQs, pre-qualification, consent, and warm handoff to coordinators. All events flowed through GTM/GA4 + CAPI into a Looker report for cost/lead and source quality.

Approach

  • Build: WordPress + Directorist (lean), WPML for EN/TR, component library via Elementor, server-level caching, CDN, image compression, TTFB hardening.

  • Information Architecture: Specialty → Condition → Treatment → Doctor → Facility; canonical & hreflang rules; clean slugs.

  • SEO: Clustered landing pages, FAQ & How-it-Works blocks, medical Schema (Organization, Physician, MedicalProcedure, FAQ).

  • Ads: Exact/Phrase match θ keywords by treatment & country; negative nets; CAPI; creative variants for risk/benefit and travel logistics.

  • AI & Automations: Chatbot → WhatsApp/CRM UTM-aware tagging; → weekly insights digest.

  • Governance: Consent banners, disclaimers, data-retention policy, non-diagnostic language guardrails.
